I met Danny at a wedding in 2023. He was the life of the party.

On Saturday I watched him get on one knee. 🥹

We’ve been following each other on Instagram ever since, and if you know me, you know I am very friendly. Always in his comments. Always following along.

So when he started posting photos with Leah? I was giddy.

I didn’t know her personally, but she seemed like the sweetest human. Not only that, she was beautiful.

It’s safe to say I would occasionally send him DMs asking when it would finally be his turn, and that I wanted to be a part of it.

Guys. I get invested. REALLY invested.

So when he called me and told me he was going to propose, I was over the moon. LITERALLY. SO EXCITED!!!

And Saturday was perfect. Literally PERFECT.

Meeting Leah in person was exactly what I felt the first time I saw their photos together. A literal sweetheart. And STUNNING!

I cannot wait to see these two married and walk alongside them through their fiancé era!!!!

Adrian and Cristina. This was one of my very first sessions like this, and they were just stunning. Gorgeous couple in every way.

I remember so clearly when Cristina messaged me. She wanted to redo her bridal portraits in her Zuhair Murad gown, and I was giddy. Over the moon ecstatic.

If you know me (and if you don’t, you will now), I LOVE photographing beautiful things. Designer gowns, fashion forward evening dresses, a man in a sharp, perfectly tailored tux. Intricate details, dainty florals, beautiful textures and linens, amazing venues, even the chairs. All the things.

But it takes time to get there. Just like with everything, well, almost everything, you start at the bottom and work your way up. Anyone who’s successful at what they do knows this. We’ve all been through the fire, some more than others, and we’ve all had to put in the work.

So I was nervous. I wanted to make a great impression. I wanted these photos to be beautiful and magazine worthy. Even writing this now brings all those feelings back, and I wish I could somehow make you feel what I felt.

The best part is that this was the beginning of it all. I pushed and worked so hard after that, and with God’s amazing help I’ve gotten to photograph some really beautiful weddings, with so many more still to come.

But what I want you to take away from this is how much this REALLY means to me. Yes, this is how I make a living, but it’s so much more than that.

I walk into your wedding with so much passion and excitement for everything I get to photograph that day. And that passion is what helps me document your day the best way I possibly can, so you absolutely love your images.
