From the moment we first connect, I will be there for you every step of the way. I’ll help you choose the perfect wedding package, select the right location, and plan each detail of your big day. And on the day of your wedding, I will be there to capture all the beautiful moments as they unfold.

2. Design Your Experience & Make it Official!

From there, we’ll schedule a quick call. The call is imperative for us to get to know each other and see if we are the right fit for each other. We can also discuss vision and style and start to get an idea of your personalized wedding experience. I will share my collections based on your needs, and once your decision is made, I’ll take care of the rest, from contract to invoicing and all of the fine details. Then I am 100% yours. 

After hearing from you, I’ll craft a proposal to ensure your vision is showcased to the fullest on your wedding day. With a signature on the contract and a paid deposit, you’ve checked off a massive item on your to-do list. 

Just like that, your Miami wedding photographer is booked, and the real fun begins!

3. Explore your vision

I know how challenging wedding planning can be, so I vow to make the preparation process as simple and relaxed as possible. Your vision for your wedding day is important to me – I want to exceed your expectations by delving into what makes you and your spouse special. After our initial chat, I’ll start building a customized photography collection that reflects who you are as a couple.

So that I can better understand your vision, my priority is getting to know you and seeing your ideas come to life. Together, we’ll create mood boards so I have a clearer understanding of your dream day. This way, when it comes time for me to be creative and capture the day as it was meant to be for you instead of just generic shots–you’ll be able to sit back and relax!

When you book me as your wedding photographer, you’re not just getting someone to show up and snap a few pictures. You’re commissioning an artist to create timeless memories that will last a lifetime.

My method involves a check-in from time to time to see how things are going with planning and vendors. We also get started on the planning of the engagement shoot, from assistance in providing clothing ideas and locations to the overall ambiance for the photo session. 

4. Document your Engagement

We will schedule your complimentary engagement session about nine months before your wedding day. At no extra cost, this allows you to get comfy in front of my camera and for us to build a connection that will pay off enormously on your wedding day. 

And trust me, if you’re nervous about how you’ll look in photos or about what it’ll be like to pose with your partner, this is the best thing in the world. You will leave our session feeling as confident as a model and even more in love with your husband-to-be!

5. Plan your Wedding day

You’ll get a questionnaire one month before the wedding to fill out so that everyone involved has enough information to ensure a smooth ride on your wedding day, including a family list with names and any important details or family situations I may need to know. It goes without saying that family situations can be complicated, but ensuring that doesn’t get in the way is essential to a stress-free day.

I’ll also walk you through the process of creating the perfect wedding day timeline, allowing for enough photography time, travel time, and even delays. Trust me, a well-planned wedding timeline is the best remedy for last-minute jitters- and I’ve got you covered!

Most wedding days need at least 10 hours of coverage, and trying to get the minimum makes everything much more complicated and does not allow enough time to capture what I need. We’ll plan for the full 10 hours, allowing my creativity to flow without stress or time constraints.

6. CELEBRATE!

And this is where the experience I deliver pays off tremendously. When you reach your wedding day, you and I will feel like old friends- transforming the photography process into something fun and comfortable. You will feel confident I’m ready to catch every special moment on your big day. 

That means you can truly enjoy your wedding without worry while I fill your gallery with images that showcase every beautiful moment. Will I probably cry during your vows? Of course! Will I hold your dress in the bathroom if you need me to? Sure thing! Will I bust a move with you on the dance floor? Absolutely!
