There are so many beautiful moments woven into a C There are so many beautiful moments woven into a Catholic wedding ceremony, but this one will always be one of my favorites. Watching both mothers come forward to place the veil over the bride and groom feels so tender, so intentional, and so deeply sacred. A quiet covering. A blessing. A beautiful image of two lives becoming one before God. It is moments like this that remind me how rich wedding traditions can be, not just because they are beautiful, but because they carry meaning. This one, especially, feels like such a powerful reflection of unity, covenant, and a marriage rooted in Christ. And honestly, witnessing moments like these is one of the reasons I love documenting weddings the way I do. Not just the way it looked, but the weight of what it meant.
