For this reason, Lauren and Joe chose the Ritz Carlton for their getting-ready location, and the setting did not disappoint. The ambiance at the Ritz in Coconut Grove oozes elegance, sophistication, and glamor.

Beautiful natural light poured into the room as Lauren got into her wedding dress. The glow of the sunlight on her skin was absolutely stunning. After she finished getting ready, we took some portraits in the beautifully marble-encased hallways and lush outdoor setting surrounding the hotel. The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove is truly a Miami photographer’s dream come true!

Plymouth Congregational Church Ceremony

Plymouth Congregational Church in Coral Gables is one of the best churches for a Miami wedding ceremony. The church has stunning architecture, beautiful stained glass windows, and an overall feeling of warmth and elegance. Lauren and Joe’s Plymouth Congregational Church ceremony was nothing short of amazing. 

As Lauren perfectly put it, “We chose Plymouth Church for our ceremony because it felt the most like home. Everyone was so welcoming. so much so that we now attend the services, and the beauty of the place is just as enticing!”

The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and is a beautiful, vibrant setting that has been part of Coconut Grove’s lush landscape for many years. As a result, The sanctuary’s coral rock walls, wood beams, renovated pipe organs, and updated sound system make it an ideal place for wedding ceremonies. 

Ultimately, Lauren and Joe couldn’t have picked a better setting to create a truly unique collection of photos. with this in mind, The couple and their wedding party were stunning against Plymouth’s coral rock walls, arches, and lush greenery. Photographing the day in such a historic and wondrous setting was truly an honor.

The Riviera Country Club: A Perfect Miami Wedding & Reception Venue

After a beautiful ceremony at the Plymouth Congregational Church Ceremony reception at The Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables was a fitting way to top off the day. The couple chose Riviera for a reception venue because the groom’s father is a member and holds a special place in his heart as both his daughters had their wedding at Riviera.

to illustrate, The Riviera Country Club grand ballroom boasts high ceilings, gorgeous chandeliers, and large windows with views of the golf course. The perfect setting for a black-tie affair, the Riviera Country Club, did not disappoint as another great miami wedding venue. Lauren and Joe’s wedding reception was an elegant and fun-filled evening. Take it from the bride herself:

“The day was truly a dream. Little did I know that every Miami wedding vendor I hired allowed for the day to be perfect. All I knew was that I wanted to marry Joe, and I didn’t realize how amazing every other little detail would make me feel. On my wedding day, I woke up nervous and excited and felt lucky to have all of the people I hold most dear in one place. The day flew by, but I tried to take it all in. Makeup + hair, my photographer, and my videographer all made me feel like a princess. After a nerve-filled ceremony, I was ready for fun at the reception venue, and we truly had the night of our lives!”
