One wedding, but a full journey.
And the weight of telling that story? It’s not light.

From day one, and I truly mean day one, I went dress shopping with Erika, her mom, and her sister, to their engagement session in New York, to the bridal shower, the welcome dinner at Mr. C’s, the wedding day at The Biltmore, and even the post-wedding brunch, I had the honor of documenting every chapter.

By the end of the weekend, I knew her cousins, her best friends, her whole family. I had shared hugs with her mom and laughed through the moments with her girls. That kind of familiarity? It changes everything. It’s why their gallery feels so alive and personal.

But let’s be real. Being a wedding photographer is a huge responsibility.
We are not just showing up with a camera. We are showing up with the knowledge that cocktail hour, family portraits, reception details, and bridal portraits can all hit at the same time. How do you handle that?

And yet, none of it gets missed. That’s the level of preparation and pressure we carry.

This is why curated Instagram feeds don’t tell the whole story. They don’t really showcase what the photographer is truly capable of.
Ask to see full galleries. Ask how we handle harsh sun, dark receptions, weather delays, or changing timelines. Ask how we make sure someone is present at every key moment, even when it all happens at once.

Because these images? They are not just for now.
These are the ones you’ll show your children, your nieces and nephews, your future grandkids.

Anthony told Erika, after they received their gallery,
“It’s wild to think these are the photos I’ll one day show our grandkids.”

That’s the kind of legacy we are creating.

Feeling all the Friday energy over here because 1) it’s the weekend, and 2) I get to relive this moment of Erika and Anthony dancing their hearts out at their reception at The Biltmore.
These two didn’t just celebrate, they soaked in every second, and their energy was absolutely contagious.
This is what it looks like when love meets full-on fun.

And speaking of fun… I’m officially counting down because next week I’m taking a little family escape to Epic Universe on Monday and Volcano Bay Tuesday + Wednesday!
A little R&R with the people I love most, and probably a few too many rounds around the lazy river before diving into the next wave of beautiful celebrations.

Carina wore a stunning Vera Wang gown from Ever After in Coconut Grove. Let me tell you, this gown was PERFECT for her. Even though she and Sampson chose a first look, they wanted that moment of Carina in her dress to be just for him (and us, of course) until she walked down the aisle. So we kept things intimate, capturing her portraits in their suite.

This little clip? It’s the kind of magic that happens when trust meets intention. You can’t hear us in the video, but check out the captions, we were guiding Carina through gentle movement, helping her fully feel the moment (and have fun with it). Because movement isn’t just about direction, it’s about emotion, ease, and showing up as your most radiant self.

She didn’t just wear the dress. She lived in it.

Meghan and Brendan had planned for an engagement session in Miami, but when the forecast started calling for rain, we made a change. They brought me out to North Carolina instead, where they live. My flight was delayed, the weather was moody, and we made the best of every moment.

With time running out before I had to get back to the airport, Meghan found a little spot nearby that ended up being such a gem. And of course, right as I was getting ready to leave, the skies cleared and the light was perfect.

This is the kind of experience I want for all my couples. Not perfect weather or perfect timing, but trust. Flexibility. Real connection. I’ll always do everything I can to make sure your images are meaningful and honest and everything you hoped for.
